Each new client receives a complimentary 60-minute training session, providing an opportunity for an in-depth conversation to understand their individual needs. During this session, I also conduct a fitness assessment to identify strengths and weaknesses. Following the initial session, we will decide on the duration of future sessions. Thirty-minute sessions are ideal for those with limited time, while 60-minute sessions are perfect for those who need more time to be challenged or to better understand the exercises.
I have extensive experience working with clients who wish to continue exercising despite having an injury. With my guidance, you can safely maintain your fitness routine and incorporate new exercises that will help you stay in shape while promoting healing.
Bring a sweat towel and water. Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothes and shoes that allow easy movement. I'll take care of the rest.

I am currently in the process of building a Swim School, which will take about another year. In the meantime, I rent private pools to conduct all my swim lessons. I welcome all ages and skill levels, from survival swimming and learning to swim to overcoming fear of water and competitive swimming. All lessons are private, one-on-one, unless group lessons are requested. Reach out for more information.
