Each new client receives a complimentary 60-minute training session, providing an opportunity for an in-depth conversation to understand individual needs. During this session, I also conduct a fitness assessment to identify strengths and weaknesses. Following the initial session, we will decide on the duration of future sessions.
Express Training are for individuals that are trying to get in a quick and effective workout. With this training you have two choices: Option A: Carol Bike & ARX (Alpha/Omni) or Option B: Vasper.
30 min Workout is a great way to incorporate a structured workout that will enhance your own fitness routine. Having access to my Personal Training Studio allows us to use specific training tools that you might not have access to in your own fitness program.
60 min Workout gives us a complete hour to incorporate a proper fitness program. Warm Up, Stability, Coordination, Reaction, Core, Muscular Strength, Skeletal Strength and Assisted Stretching to Cool Down.
I have extensive experience working with clients who wish to continue exercising despite having an injury. With my guidance, you can safely maintain your fitness routine and incorporate new exercises that will help you stay in shape while promoting healing.
Bring a sweat towel and water. Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothes and shoes that allow easy movement. I'll take care of the rest.
I train all my clients in my garage, which is equipped with fitness equipment suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced. Contact me for a free 60-minute consultation and evaluation to see if my training program is the right fit for you.
I am currently in the process of building a Swim School, which will take about another year. In the meantime, I rent private pools to conduct all my swim lessons. I welcome all ages and skill levels, from survival swimming and learning to swim to overcoming fear of water and competitive swimming. All lessons are private, one-on-one, unless group lessons are requested. Reach out for more information.
