Training With Matt is based on functional movements that help clients improve their overall fitness, mobility, and strength. The focus is on proper form and technique to prevent injuries and maximize results. Each client starts with a thorough conversation followed by a fitness assessment to design a proper starting point.

Each new client receives a free training session (60 mins), which gives me an opportunity to have a deep conversation to better understand who I am about to start training. Within the session I will also put the client through a fitness assessment to understand where the strengths and weaknesses are. Moving forward after the initial training session, we will determine what time frame each session will be. 30 minute sessions are great for people that don't have too much time and 60 minutes are great for people that need more time to be challenged or understand the exercises better.
I have a lot of experience with clients who want to continue to exercise, while having an injury. With my guidance you can exercise without the risk of injury and open your routine to new exercises that will help you stay in shape while healing your injury.
Bring a sweat towel and water. Clothes and Shoes, should be comfortable and easy to move around in (not constricting). Everything else I will provide.

I am currently working on building a Swim School. Might take another year. Till then I rent out private pools to conduct all my swim lessons. All ages are welcome. All levels of swimming are welcome. From Survival Swimming, Learn to Swim, Fear of Water & Competitive Swim. All my swim lessons are private 1 on 1, unless you request group lessons. Reach out for more information.
